Engineering Change Control Procedure<\/p><\/h2><\/div>

To ensure full traceability and effective risk assessment for any design, process, material, or supplier changes during product development, Bravotek has established an Engineering Change Control Procedure based on the principles of J-STD-046.
This system ensures that all Bravotek products consistently meet customer specifications and quality standards.<\/p>\n

The change control procedure covers the entire process \u2014 from change request, verification planning, review, engineering validation, customer notification, to implementation.
Changes are categorized into Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 according to their impact level:<\/p>\n

    Class 1 \u2013 Requires customer notification and approval before implementation.
    These changes may affect product appearance, dimensions, functionality, quality, or reliability.
    A Product Change Notification (PCN) must be submitted to the customer at least 90 days prior to shipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Class 2 \u2013 Requires customer notification (via PCN or equivalent) explaining the change, reason, and expected impact.
    Customer approval is not required, and Bravotek may proceed after notification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Class 3 \u2013 Internal control only, no customer notification required.
    These changes have no impact on product appearance, dimensions, functionality, or reliability.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    1. \n

      Change Application:
      When a customer, supplier, or Bravotek team member initiates a change request, an ECN (Engineering Change Notice) form is submitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      Evaluate:
      The team assesses the feasibility of the proposed change and prepares a corresponding verification plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      Plan Review:
      Relevant engineering departments review the verification results to determine whether the change should proceed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      Notify:
      Bravotek\u2019s Quality Management Department prepares a Product Change Notification (PCN) and issues it through the Sales Department to affected customers.
      Customers are notified at least 90 days before the effective date of the change. If a longer notification period is required, Bravotek will follow the customer\u2019s specific request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Change Implementation:
      After engineering verification is completed and all relevant departments approve, the change becomes effective.
      For Class 1 changes, customer approval is also required before implementation.
